Flag quiz
Name the country from its flag. Pick from four, or type it for the harder round.
How it works
- Choose a continent, or the whole world.
- Pick: four names are offered. Type: write the name yourself.
- A wrong answer shows the right one at once, so every miss teaches you something.
- At the end, play only the flags you missed.
Why play here
- Lookalikes on purpose
- In Pick, the wrong answers are often flags that look alike (Chad and Romania, Indonesia and Monaco), not random ones.
- Every country
- All 197: the UN members, Vatican City, Palestine, Kosovo and Taiwan.
- Learn view
- All the flags of a continent on one page, with their countries, free.
Questions
Which flags look almost the same?
Chad and Romania; Indonesia and Monaco; Ireland and Côte d’Ivoire; Australia and New Zealand; Senegal and Mali. In Pick, these pairs are offered together.
Are flags shown in their true shape?
Yes. Each flag keeps its own proportions: Nepal’s two pennants, the squares of Switzerland and Vatican City, Qatar’s long 11:28 and the common 3:2 and 2:1. In a list they share a frame, each as large as it fits.
Can I play only one continent?
Yes. Choose it above the quiz; your choice is kept for next time.
